Jon Gordon

Jon Gordon was born in 1949 in New York City and moved to Denver with his family at the age of eight. Jon grew up in the Hilltop neighborhood of East Denver attending schools there before earning his BA Degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. After college, he attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles and thereafter earned his JD Degree from the University of Denver, School of Law. As a partner in the established Denver law firm of Montgomery Little, Jon perfected his negotiating skills representing a variety of clients, authored numerous published articles and was a frequent lecturer in the areas of real estate and business law. Jon left a very successful 16-year law practice to pursue his life-time interest in real estate. During his more than fifty years in Denver, Jon watched a city on the move. Now, at the top of the real estate profession for over 20 years, it’s clear his choice to share in the excitement was the right one. A Senior Broker with the Kentwood Company, his production is consistently in the top one percent of real estate brokers nationally, with over $140 million is closed sales.
Jon's enthusiasm is contagious and his efforts are tireless. Recognizing that client's circumstances are always different, Jon provides a personal approach when working with his buyers and sellers. He listens until he understands, then sets forth to provide what you want.

Jon is married to Peggy, Co-Founder of the Gordon Group, and they live in Greenwood Village, CO  where they enjoy skiing, bicycling, traveling, socializing with friends and their vacation home in Palm Springs, CA.

Jon, who believes in giving back to the city that he loves, served as a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Hospice of St. John Foundation in Denver as well as a board member of the Rocky Mountain Adoption Exchange and the Urban Farm of Denver. Jon is currently a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Denver Board of Realtors.

Peggy Gordon

Throughout her real estate career, which began in 1983, native Denverite Peggy Gordon has been devoted to personal real estate service. She is involved every step of the way with her Buyers and Sellers, keeping them informed so they can make the best decisions about one of the most important financial commitments in their lives.

The value that Peggy provides is special. Her professionalism and vast experience give her incredible insight and solutions to the myriad of unexpected problems that arise in the buying and selling of homes. Regardless of the difficulty of a challenge, Peggy steps forward with confidence and works hard in providing clients with excellent results. Kris Kerr

Kris Kerr knows the importance of customer service.  Every client is significant, no matter how big or small, and Kris strives to make sure each client receives excellent service as they buy or sell their home.  She has lived in Denver for over 12 years and has a thorough knowledge of Denver communities, neighborhoods and schools.  Kris and her family have moved frequently because of job relocation and Kris understands the challenges of moving to a new city or leaving your home for new opportunities.  Passionate about real estate, Kris would love to help you find a new home and/or help you sell your current home!

 Prior to Kris’ career in real estate, she was one of the owners of Ad-In, The Tennis Shop at Greenwood Tennis Center.  She has also managed special events and served as a volunteer liaison for the American Diabetes Association, managed public policy conferences for members of Congress, and was a sales associate for Pottery Barn. Kris graduated from Westover School in Middlebury, Connecticut and received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia.  

 Active in the community, Kris is a member of the Junior League of Denver, Colorado Ballet and Girls Inc.  Currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Ballet Auxiliary, Kris is also a volunteer at St. Anne’s Episcopal School.   Kris is an avid skier and enjoys playing tennis, working-out, reading and spending time with her husband and two children.
